Jeff Pickryl is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vast Bank. Jeff has over 30 years of experience leading financial institutions in Oklahoma and beyond.

Doug DeJarnette is President of Vast Bank and has deep roots in the Tulsa banking community with an emphasis on a concierge approach to relationship banking. After growing the Bank of Oklahoma's Private Bank, Doug took the reins of the F&M Bank and Trust Company's Private Bank and Mortgage Company in the Tulsa and Dallas markets. Doug focuses his philanthropic time and energy on Tulsa’s public assets and the arts, having served many organizations and most recently serving as Treasurer for the Arts Alliance as well as the University of Tulsa’s Friends of Finance. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Doug received his BA from the University of Oklahoma and he joined Vast Bank in 2014.

Shelley Strickland is a Commercial Banking Officer who has been with Vast Bank for 26 years. Shelley earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Oklahoma State University. Shelley is actively involved in the Tulsa community, and has served on the board of the Tulsa Boy's Home and the advisor board of Waterworks Arts Center. Shelley is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa.

Dave McCarthy is a Commercial Banking Officer who brings robust banking experience in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial loans, Oil & Gas lending, and Treasury Services. Dave has held banking leadership roles at Bank of Oklahoma, F&M Bank, and Prosperity Bank.

Toby Ritz is a Special Assets Officer at Vast Bank bank, with responsibility for managing the problem loan portfolio and special assets. Toby has nearly 10 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked as a credit analyst at Stride Bank. Prior to that, Toby was a banking consultant with RDK & Associates for six years. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northeastern State University.

Andrew Romine is a Private Banking Officer at Vast Bank and life-long Tulsan. Andrew began his banking career in 2009 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma, and he has been serving the Tulsa community ever since. As his career has evolved through the retail, commercial, and wealth management sectors, his diverse experience has become a valuable asset to his clients and their families. Andrew provides a concierge approach to customized banking solutions for high-net worth individuals, business owners, and their families.

Russ Riff is a seasoned commercial lender with 19 years of experience, specializing in SBA transactions for the past 15 years. Russ excels at finding solutions with SBA products when traditional lending structures are not feasible. Throughout his career, Russ has worked with a diverse range of customers, including start-up businesses, expansion projects, acquisitions and real estate purchases. Professionally, he is most passionate about providing adequate and necessary financing to support the growth and success of businesses.

Colton Reutlinger is a Commercial Banking Officer who has been with Vast Bank since 2021. Colton began his banking career in 2017 and has garnered diverse experience having provided services in the Commercial, Private Bank, and Agriculture sectors. Colton received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University.

Alex Sedlacek is a Commercial Banking Officer with a background in Commercial & Industrial lending. Alex comes to us from Legacy Bank and Trust where he managed Commercial & Industrial credits for the Oklahoma market. Prior to Legacy, Alex worked at INTRUST and Firstar bank, where he focused on Commercial & Industrial lending and Oil & Gas verticals, as well as syndicated credit facilities. His banking career began at the Bank of Oklahoma as a Treasury Sales Officer

Bryton Bartley is a Commercial Loan Portfolio manager at Vast Bank, Where he has been a valued team member since 2021. Before transitioning into his current role, Bryton spent over five years as a Credit Analyst, honing his expertise in portfolio risk management and credit facility structuring. Committed to Community engagement, Bryton actively volunteers in junior high classrooms at Church on the Move and leads men's backpacking trips through the Mountain Men organization. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Energy Finance from Oklahoma State University.
